What happens if the service is not delivered?
If Citymoon Dynamics does not make the contracted service available within the agreed timeframe or fails to deliver verifiable results within the defined scope, the client may request contract termination and a full refund of amounts paid, provided the claim is submitted in writing and includes evidence of the lack of performance.
How are services billed?
Services are billed according to the agreed plan and scope; one-off projects are paid by deliverable milestones and continuous services are invoiced on monthly or annual cycles as set forth in the contract.
What guarantees does the service offer?
We guarantee delivery in accordance with defined acceptance criteria and provide implementation corrections for material defects identified during the initial delivery period.
Under what conditions is a refund available?
A refund is only available when the contracted service has not been provided or when the delivery is materially defective and such failure is solely attributable to Citymoon Dynamics. The refund obligation arises only after receipt of a written notice describing the absence of delivery, the claimed scope and the relevant dates; if it is verified that no substantial phase was executed or no agreed deliverables were put into production, the amount paid will be refunded in full within 30 calendar days. Refunds are excluded for subjective dissatisfaction when the service has been delivered in accordance with the agreed and accepted terms.
